These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GSK Industrial reporting portal (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by an administrator for authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes, to access only the properties and information assigned to you, and not to attempt to circumvent security controls, disrupt the Service, or misuse any data you access.

Confidentiality

Information in the Service — including property, tenant, prospect, and financial details — is confidential. You agree not to disclose it outside its intended business use.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by GSK Industrial and its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed except as needed to perform your role.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSK Industrial is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when an account is no longer authorized or these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
