This Privacy Policy explains how GSK Industrial (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use the GSK Industrial reporting portal (the “Service”). The Service is an internal tool for brokers, property managers, partners, and administrators.

We collect information you provide when an administrator creates your account (name, email, role, and contact details), the content you enter while using the Service (visit reports, issues, prospects, comments, and any photos you upload), and basic technical data such as sign-in activity used to keep your account secure.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Service, authenticate users, display the properties and reports relevant to your role, and maintain an audit trail of completed work. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we protect information

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions are signed and time-limited, access is restricted to your assigned properties, and uploaded files are kept in private storage reachable only by signed-in staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal and business obligations.
